All of our colour-in cards and prints are printed to order, ensuring fresh, high-quality results and reducing waste.

What paper do you use?

We use carefully selected, quality card stock that works well with:
 • Coloured pencils
 • Felt tips
 • Light alcohol-based markers
We recommend testing markers on a small area first.

How long does delivery take?

• Print & preparation: 1–2 working days
 • Delivery after dispatch: 2–3 working days
 • Orders are dispatched Monday to Friday (excluding bank holidays).

How much is postage?

Postage costs are calculated based on order value:
 • £1.99 for orders up to £10
 • £2.99 for orders up to £20
 • £3.99 for orders up to £30
 • Free delivery on orders over £30

Can I return my order?

Because our products are printed to order, we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind.
However, your rights under UK consumer law are fully protected. If your order arrives:
 • Faulty
 • Damaged
 • Incorrect
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.

What if my order is lost?

An order is considered lost if it hasn’t arrived 15 working days after dispatch. If this happens, please get in touch and we’ll resolve it for you.
