Each of our colour-in card sets is printed especially for you, so we’re unable to accept returns for change of mind or incorrect ordering.
That said, your peace of mind matters to us.
If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or not quite right, you’re fully protected under UK consumer law — and we’ll make it right.

Once we’ve taken a look, we’ll happily offer either a replacement or a refund, at no extra cost to you.
Any refunds will be sent back to your original payment method.

Because every item is printed individually, very slight colour differences or natural paper textures can occur and aren’t considered faults — but if you’re unsure, just ask. We’re always happy to take a look.
