These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and your purchase of products from The Little Button Shop Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By placing an order through our website, you agree to be bound by these terms.

Products

We sell design-led printed products, including colour-in cards and related stationery and gifts.
All products are described as accurately as possible. Colours may vary slightly due to screen settings and printing processes.

Many of our items are printed to order, meaning they are created specifically for you once an order is placed.

Ordering and Payment

• Orders are placed through our website.

• Prices are shown in GBP (£) and include any applicable UK taxes unless stated otherwise.

• Payment must be made in full at the time of ordering.

• Once an order is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled unless required by law.

Shipping And Delivery

Processing Time

• Orders are printed and prepared within 1–2 working days.

• Dispatch days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.

Delivery Times

• Estimated delivery time after dispatch is 2–3 working days.

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Shipping Costs (UK Only)

• £1.99 for orders up to £10

• £2.99 for orders up to £20

• £3.99 for orders up to £30

• Free UK delivery on orders over £30

Lost Orders

• An order is considered lost if it has not arrived 15 working days after dispatch.

• If this happens, please contact us and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

Returns And Refunds

Change of Mind

Because many of our products are printed to order, we are unable to accept returns for change of mind.

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

Your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 are fully respected.

If your order arrives faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

• Your order number

• A brief description of the issue

• Clear photographs showing the problem

Once confirmed, we will offer one of the following at no extra cost:

• A replacement

• A refund

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Digital Content (if applicable)

If you purchase digital downloads:

• Files are supplied electronically.

• No refunds are available once a digital file has been downloaded, unless the file is faulty or not as described.

Intellectual Property

All designs, illustrations, text, and content on this website are the property of The Little Button Shop Studio and must not be copied, reproduced, or resold without written permission.

Liability

We are not responsible for:

• Delays caused by postal services

• Minor colour variations due to printing or screen differences

• Any indirect or consequential losses

Nothing in these terms limits our liability where it would be unlawful to do so.

Privacy

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the UK courts.
